Tavlex Music ("we", "us") collects the information you submit through our contact and submission forms — name, email, and message content — solely to respond to your inquiry or review your submission.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Submission and contact data may be shared internally with our A&R and management team for evaluation purposes only.

We retain submission data for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@tavlex.us.

This site uses no third-party advertising trackers. Basic server logs (IP, timestamp, page requested) are kept for security and diagnostics.
